Q: Interested in a year-in-review legal training session?

A: Teri Henning, the PNA’s general counsel, is available to conduct on-site training sessions for your newsroom. The year-in-review summary typically lasts 1 to 1 ½ hours and can be scheduled at your convenience, over lunchtime or any part of the day that works for your newsroom. Topics can be tailored, depending upon your interests, but have included a libel and privacy update, a summary of significant open records and open meetings decisions, and legal issues relating to the Internet and blogging.
