Bucks County Herald promotes four on its staff

The Bucks County Herald in Lahaska, which celebrated its fifth anniversary and moved into new offices in October, has promoted four staff members.

Kay Williams, advertising manager since the Herald’s inception, has been named marketing director. She was advertising director for Journal Register Company’s InterCounty Newspaper Group in Bucks County before joining the Herald.

Jason Etter has been promoted from assistant advertising manager to advertising manager. He joined the Herald in 2004 as a business clerk and moved to sales in 2005.

Dennis Haggerty has been named general manager. He started working as the Herald’s business manager in November 2006 after a long career in engineering and business.

David Campbell has been named managing editor. He spent eight years as editor of the Doylestown Patriot, a Journal Register publication, before working at the Herald as a news and sports writer starting in September 2006.
