Islamic roundtable discussion Feb. 11
The PNA Foundation is offering a free roundtable discussion with reporters, editors, editorial writers and a Fulbright scholar with expertise in Islamic issues and the Middle East. This is the perfect chance to get some background on covering the Islamic community in your circulation area. Also, what do the larger issues in the Middle East mean to your readership?
Dr. Gali Oda Tealakh is the head of the Department for Cultural and International Affairs at Princess Sumaya University in Jordan. He holds degrees in journalism, religious studies and modern political history. He has also worked for the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy.
The roundtable will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Feb. 11 at PNA headquarters.
We do need you to pre-register by emailing Teresa Shaak at teresa@pa-news.org with the names of those attending so that we have an accurate count. We are limiting the number of participants.
